Schools That Suspended Classes Due to High Heat Index
In recent times, several educational institutions across the Philippines have suspended face-to-face classes in response to dangerously high heat indices. These measures aim to protect students and staff from heat-related illnesses. Below is a list of some schools and local government units (LGUs) that have implemented such suspensions:
Classes in all levels in the following areas are suspended:
– Abucay (public and private)
– Hermosa (public and private)
– Orani (public and private)
City of Manila (face-to-face classes only; shift to online/alternative modes of learning)
Meanwhile, classes from elementary to senior high school are suspended in the following areas:
– Bacoor (face-to-face classes only; public and private)
Credits belong to the rightful owner.
