What is EIPCRF Tool for SY 2024-2025?

The eIPCRF is a digitized version of the traditional IPCRF, designed to streamline the collection, submission, and evaluation of teacher performance data. For SY 2024–2025, DepEd emphasizes not just automation but also alignment with the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) under the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).

Understanding PMES for Teachers

PMES or Pre-Work and Mid-Year Evaluation Sessions for Teachers plays a pivotal role in the performance cycle. It’s more than just a meeting—it’s a professional development tool designed to reflect, realign, and recommit.

Here’s how PMES for Teachers contributes to the eIPCRF process:

  1. Pre-Work Phase
Before the school year begins, PMES helps teachers identify their Key Result Areas (KRAs), Objectives, and Success Indicators. During this phase, educators can also review the tools and resources, such as the lesson exemplars and worksheets aligned with the curriculum.

  2. Mid-Year Review
Conducted around the middle of the academic year, this session offers teachers the opportunity to assess their progress, receive constructive feedback, and update development plans.

  3. Professional Dialogue
PMES encourages meaningful conversations between teachers and their raters, promoting professional growth, goal alignment, and continuous improvement.
